Our studio features eight state-of-the-art Reformer machines, providing a boutique feel to the space. This setup allows our instructors to give you individual attention, ensuring you achieve maximum benefits from your workouts.

At Sweat Reformer Pilates, we've got pricing options to fit everyone's needs. New here? Try our Intro Offer: two classes for $60, valid for 10 days. Prefer flexibility? Our Casual Class is $35 per session, valid for two weeks.
Regulars will love our Class Concessions: 5 classes for $165 or 10 classes for $300. For the dedicated, our monthly membership offers 10 classes for $290 with easy auto-pay. Plus, you can share class credits with family or book private sessions. There's something for everyone!

Terms and Conditions
Cancellations
Because our classes are small, FOR ALL CLASSES we require 18 hours notice if you cannot attend. (E.g. if you cannot attend your 8am class you need to cancel by 2pm latest the day before to give our team chance to fill it).
If you cancel with less than 18 hours notice , you will be charged for the class and required to pay. If you have credits on your account you will be deducted one credit.
Waitlists
If you are bumped into a class from the waitlist more than 18 hours before the class is due to start, this is automatically treated as a usual booking and the 18 hour cancellation policy applies.
E.g. If you are on the Waitlist for the Wednesday 8am class on 17 August and you get bumped in on Sunday 14 August at 1pm, you have until Tuesday 16 August at 1.59pm to cancel out of that class if you can no longer attend.
Concession and Class Credit Expiry
Sweat Reformer Pilates offers a range of concession options with different validity options. Our concessions are loaded with either a 5 week or 10 week validity to give you enough time to book classes in advance but also motivate you to make Sweat Reformer Pilates part of your weekly routine.
Please ensure there are classes on our timetable that you are able to attend before purchasing one of our class concession packages.
We honour the validity dates that are advertised. In the event of an extreme, unforeseeable circumstance that impacts your ability to use class credit before it’s expiry, please get in touch before your credit credit expires to discuss a possible extension. Any extensions are made on a case by case basis. There is no guarantee credit can be extended beyond its expiry date.
Credit Refunds
If you believe you require a refund due to extreme, unforeseen circumstances, please contact us. Any refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis and at the discretion of Sweat Reformer Pilates Management.
Please note 5% of your credit is non refundable as it covers admin and credit card fees.
Expired credit will not be refunded. If you are concerned that you are not going to be able to use your credit please get in touch with us before it is expired.
Disclaimer
Always consult your physician or health care professional before participating/performing exercises in class. Consulting a health care professional is strongly advised to determine if exercises are suitable for your physical condition and individual situation. By participating in exercises, you are performing at your own risk. With all physical exercise there is a possibility of physical injury. If you engage in exercises, you agree that you do so on your own accord.
While for New Zealand residents in most circumstances accidents are covered in New Zealand by ACC, the customer acknowledges Sweat Reformer Pilates is not liable for expenses related to any accident or health matter not covered by New Zealand law, inclusive of tourists or visitors to the area who would not otherwise be covered under the Act, which includes those clients participating directly under the tuition of a Sweat Reformer Pilates Trainer or indirectly from exercises performed at the clients discretion separately to the studio.
The client assumes voluntary participation in exercises and activities and assumes all risk of injury, and agrees to release and discharge Sweat Ltd from any and all losses, liabilities, injuries or damages resulting from any and all claims. All exercise content provided in classes belong to Sweat Reformer Pilates .
If pregnant, please consult with your health-care practitioner prior to any exercise and inform the instructors as soon as possible . Results and/or implied outcomes are a guide only. Individual results will vary. Exercise compliance and trainer instruction is strongly recommended to ensure client safety.
Sweat Reformer Pilates reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
